Certify a 2015 Bison?

I won this in a contest.

It was described as just bullion, but it isn't bagmarked, so I thought I might put it in a nice PCGS holder and dress it up some.
Does PCGS certify these? I couldn't find any mention of it and of course there is the extra thickness to contend with.
I saw one of the other places does - or at least I've seen them for sale - but I don't want to go with them.

I can't believe the RCM is already minting (and releasing!) 2015-dated coins! Seems like a new low, even for them.
<< <i>I don't see why they wouldn't. It's a real coin with a date and denomination, albeit NCLT.

I don't know anything about the RCM, but if they are like the USMINT, there is no low they won't aim for
Anyway, my concern is the thickness (4.1125 mm) . These would need a special holder, I'd think.
