Clemente collectors, what is this card? Team issue?

I have been trying to put together a summary of clemente team issue photos for a potential side collection. This appears to be one, but I can't seem to put a date on it, or confirm it actually was team issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I've asked a few Clemente collectors and have found no consensus on the origin of this issue (I believe it is 4"x6").

I've seen it advertised as a "Sunday Autograph Photo" -- assuming it was handed out at Three Rivers for fans to have signed -- apparently early 1970's.

I expect board members Scott (smtjoy) and Howard (favoritethings) can add some info -- they are far more schooled than I.
