Check out this label. Also, has PSA started using cert numbers with a leading '0' again? That was typically only used in the early generation holders.

Looks fine to me. The numbering is probably because it was graded a while ago and reholdered since then.

But how about the smeared print on the label. Have you ever seen that before?

The label does look terrible, but I think it is just a poorly printed label. For what it's worth the barcode does match the cert number. I was able to read it even though it is a bit smudged.

Probably a re-holder. I have seen some very poorly printed labels like this on occasion in some of my modern cards.

That cert # sequence was used a few years ago, shortly after they changed to .5 grading scale.
