Is anybody collecting these? Just wondering if there is any kind of checklist, I believe 100 base cards with 12 variations each. Plus a lot of inserts.
Also they say some of the base card variations are short print. Just curious how short they mean..... Like 100 or like 100,000.?

I read that there were only 2000 cases. With 6 base cards per pack/box, you are looking at 144,000 base cards total -- 1440 of each base card subject. I would imagine some of the SPs are 50 or less for base card variations.

The Diffractors look cool if you collect refractors, which I do. I also see some low numbered auto redemptions for sale on eBay that could be a good buy if Topps actually comes through with them.

I really like these cards.
I'm gonna try to get all the cal Ripken variations. I think it will be very difficult though as I haven't seen some of the variations. I've heard some are as low as 5 or 10!

I will post some pictures when I receive them.
