Bama too scared to schedule anyone decent out of conference. They played us in the regular season a while back and got destroyed. Stick to Florida Atlantic
WALT : Saban's first year building what is now known as The Dynasty. FYI the score was 21- 14, not exactly destroyed.
Anyways you've got to be excited about showing all the non believers (myself included) that you can handle a real team that has this years's Heismann winnre.
WALT In case you havent paid attention to recent events, most of the decent teams reside in the SEC so questioning their schedule with the romp FSU gets is a joke.

The ACC disagrees.

Forget rankings...head to head is the real decider. ACC OWNED sec last week
So that's the best way to determine the overall strength of a conference? Thanks for the update.

The best way is, of course, to rank them alphabetically.

Criticizing Alabama for their non-conference schedule is just dumb. In the last five years, they've played Penn State twice, Michigan, West Virginia, and Virginia Tech. They routinely schedule quality opponents, probably more than just about any power school.
Larry Allen drafted in '94 (first ever drafted from there)
Freddie Bradley drafted in '95
They killed the football team in '96.
Interesting you are an SSU grad.
If all goes well, at the end of the current semester my oldest son will obtain his sheepskin from SSU. He walked the graduation ceremony last May but had a couple of classes to take to complete his degree. Unlike what is common these days (taking 5-6 years to obtain a degree because classes are not always available) my son is on target to finish in 4 and a half years.
He's right. Can't argue with no losses.
That's why the playoffs are here. Put up or shut up.
We'll see.
My dart team lost the first match of the year, 6-7, but went on the win the rest, including the playoffs.
