Help me identify this coin

I would appreciate any help determining the origin and value of this coin that was given to me by my uncle many years ago. Thank you!

    Pathian Kingdom, looks like a drachm of Vologases III to me. Circa AD 105-147, perhaps Sellwood 78. Vgs III is the most common Parthian king, but it still looks like a nice grade, interesting coin.

    edited to add: Here's the link to Parthia.com for variety 78, you can see there are several subvarieties of the type.

    Doug Mudd, the Curator at the ANA Money Museum, introduced me to Parthian coins ... his true passion. Nice coins, not too expensive and full of history.
