Dear PSA Customer,
As a valued PSA Customer, we would like to thank you for your continued support as PSA enters its 24th year as the leading authentication and grading service in the industry. In 2014, PSA certified its 23,000,000th item and is rapidly closing in on number 24,000,000, thanks in great part to you. We are very excited about 2015 and look forward to unveiling some new improvements in the coming months to enhance your PSA experience.
Starting January 1, 2015, new pricing for PSA submissions will go into effect. Click Here for a breakdown of PSA’s List of Services. While there are only a few changes to the submission fee schedule and shipping/handling rates, please make note of them. PSA has decided to preserve the majority of the prices from the most commonly-used service levels from 2014.
In addition, to be eligible for additional savings, we do encourage hobbyists to join the PSA Collectors Club. Each month, PSA provides authentication and grading specials that can help keep more money in your pocket. In some cases, the savings can be substantial, but you have to be a member to take advantage of the discounted pricing.
Over the past year, PSA has continued to build the completely free online resource called PSA CollectibleFacts. The site is filled with essential information including thousands of images, prices, population report data, auction prices realized and articles about the collectibles you love including trading cards, autographs, tickets and professional model bats. We strongly suggest bookmarking this site and hope this reference can help improve your overall hobby experience. In the coming months, PSA will be unveiling an entirely new website. We are hopeful that the new look and feel will enhance the user experience. In addition, some new features will be added to the PSA Set Registry in 2015. The registry has become the most popular venue for collectors to share and compete with other hobbyists that share the same passion. We look forward to announcing these improvements this year.
If you have any questions about the new submission pricing structure or changes to our services, contact Customer Service at (800) 325-1121 or visit www.PSAcard.com.
Sincerely,
Joe Orlando, President

I'm interested to see what changes will be taking place on the website, excited that they'll be good ones.

Hopefully a POP report that's functional again is on the list.

I always send back my flips after cracking out cards. Do they actually delete them from the report?

I think so. I was referring more to the search by player name function that's now pretty useless.

i've examined my past submissions and noticed that the serial number and grade have been removed for any flip i returned with such a request. usually in bunches of 50 or so enclosed with new orders. never a problem.

Yeah or the stupid way they now indicate half grades and qualifiers.
