USPS Delivery Fees Through Ebay

I was just looking at my Paypal account and compairing the shipping tickets of items I sold on Ebay and noticed that the Paypal charge is anywhere from 5 to 11 cents more than what the charges that were shown when I printed the labels. I know that is not much per item but it would add up pretty quickly for someone that sells a lot. Has anyone else noticed this additional charge? Is there somewhere on the Ebay site that mentions an additional fee?

I wonder if they hit you with the paypal fees of about 3%

I did some comparisons this morning and don't see any example of being upcharged when comparing my Ebay ledger vs. my Paypal ledger.

Amazon, on the other hand, charges you 7 cents per mail label transaction + they don't appear to be passing on the USPS Holiday discount that Ebay began passing on in the September timeframe.
