2014 Topps football with no foil on front

I just bought a hanger box at Walmart. Ten of the cards have no foil on the fronts, meaning no player name or position on the bottom front or Topps trademark in the top left. Obviously this is a printing mistake, but I'm wondering how widespread it is. Is this a completely isolated incident? Is it on scale with some blackless cards from years past? Has anybody run into this with this product?

Happens repeatedly almost ever year. Just a manufacturing error. Most people assign no premium to it, but occasionally a player collector will drop a few bucks to pick up a copy.
