Was able to get there yesterday. Thought it was a pretty decent sized show for these days. A lot of raw vintage and new shiny stuff.
Ferreted out the only vintage unopened at the entire show. Some guy had a ziplock bag of 10 1979 and 1980 baseball wax packs. My wheelhouse. Was asking $25 apiece. Bought them all because I just needed something to rip and was not anywhere near my remaining 1980 vending boxes (more to come on that!)
Not 100% on the legit-ness of the packs but I would lean towards legit. He was a nice old guy. Said they were good, that he got them from a guy who worked at Topps. Kind of chuckled at that as I've heard that same thing before.
May head back today as my buddy wants Hendu to sign a rookie card. Was entertaining heading to Long Island to pick up one of my minty ones to get signed although I'm not really into that whole thing.
