Incorrect Attribution in HA.com auction, Half Dime

I usually check these things out in advance and if I spot an error, I let Heritage know. Didn't examine this coin closely until today...and it closes today.
Anyway, Heritage has an 1835 half dime attributed on the label as LM-5.1. If it were truly a 5.1, it would not have die cracks evident at the second S in STATES on the reverse. Close examination reveals a couple die cracks in this location, making the coin an 1835 LM-5.2 and much more common. Had the coin truly been a 5.1, it would have been the rarer of the two 1835 LM-5 remarriages.
