Quarterly Special Question

I am just wondering about the rules of quarterly special. It says maximum of five coins for the half off variety attribution, but can I send in ten coins as two different submissions and get the quarterly special price for all ten? Or is it capped at five for the whole quarter?

Total is 5 per member.

5 per account, I believe. Not per submission form.

In the past, some members have purchased memberships using the names of spouses/children and then used those to submit.
Nothing unethical about it as PCGS still gets the membership fees and never said anything about doing it that way (it wasn't me who did it....I have enough problems scraping together enough coins to submit each year as it is).

Too bad I already submitted all my rarer coins for Variety Attribution. Another Quarterly Special I can't use.
