Can you help me with photo bucket to forum photos?

    I don't use PB

    But

First, there is a setting or preference for:
    "Link back to photo album"

Make sure that is UNselected. You don't want it

Then go to the page to view the individual photo
On the right is a box with info on sharing photos
You want to select and copy the IMG code for forums.
The paste that in a post here

    i use
    tinypic.com...free...no sign-up
it's a simple copy and paste...no sizing or using the icon thing

    browse your files...click upload
then copy the 2nd line down
then paste that directly into forum post

    way simple stuff

...as is Photobucket. Click on "img" file and paste it in the thread

Well believe me when I say it is different than a PC. This MacBook Pro will not let me upload the file to the thread. I have done all the things you said and can't get the url to load. Thanks for the info.

That sounds like the problem. You don't upload the file to the thread. You upload the file to photobucket and then link the photobucket file to the thread.

    This is attaching a photo.

    Don't attach photos.

Try the steps in the first link I used. Turn off pop up blockers.

If you have a photobucket account you can copy the address from the address bar and paste that here,
    Or
Just retune the address of the picture in photobucket here and we can do the rest.

Agree tinypic is the easiest photo hosting site I've used.......

edited to add: I just noticed the copyright at the bottom of the page on tinypic, looks like they are owned by photobucket....... image
