Gretzky Rookie variation?

Came across this today on the bay, its not mine but i've never seen one with a red line below edmonton oilers.

I'm not completely sure what you're referring to, but if your talking about the top of the photo on the front, it's just printed a little offcenter. The photo is printed a little too high and overlapped the black border. I've seen a few like this and think it actually detracts from the value (just my opinion...no data to back that up).
