Will PCGS slab and just say "Genuine" on front?
Hi all,
Just checking, if I submit a coin that will only gennie to PCGS, will they be willing to label the front "Genuine" only? Without any details described on the front (such as "damaged", etc)?
I have seen many coins in slabs with only the "Genuine" label, but I don't know if that was old, or if they will still do that. And what do I request if want it done that way?
.....I'm new to submitting, so thanks for any info!
( editted for spelling!)

Genuine Service: [ ] Genuine with Details (Default) [ ] Genuine No Details [ ] Do Not Holder Genuine
PCGS will do whatever you select (or the default if you don't select any)

I don't think this answers the question. "Genuine - XF Details" is different than "Genuine - XF Details - Scratched". You can always look up the code on the label, but some labels actually spell it out too.
I don't believe "Genuine" alone is possible, though you might call and ask. As OriginalDan points out, even if PCGS allows it the cert# will still include ".95". There's no way to hide the reason for the BB.
Lance.
Post a picture of it if you are concerned a out authenticity.
As mentioned, in the early days the inserts just said "Genuine" but now they have details on them.
