Ebay Scam??

I was looking at MJ fleer rookies to day and came across this card... hopefully link works.
A few things to note; when I first saw this auction I was on my iphone and the seller posted two different Jordan cards, the one graded by PSA, and one raw which was a reprint copy. However, on my computer, the auction only shows the one picture of the psa graded copy.
I emailed the seller earlier this morning and asked which copy was for sale because the listing doesn't mention anything about a graded copy but I saw two different pictures, one graded and one raw reprint. No response yet, I kind of doubt he's going to respond but we'll see.
what do you guys think?
