Auto help (NCAA BkB, Political)

I recently purchased a large lot of Reds auto'd spring training programs and team photos. The seller also included a random assortment of other autos, some of which I have no idea who they are. Several are/were NCAA BkB coaches, the one's I was able to identify include:

Mike Montgomery on a 2002-03 Stanford team photo
Paul Hewitt - GA Tech
Cliff Ellis - Auburn

No idea on this one:


Not sure what band this is:


Any chance this is not a secretarial?:

I'm thinking the middle photo is the Bloodhound Gang and the seller didn't realize it was included.

That is correct. Not sure about the coach.

Hmm, that college bball coach has me stumped. It appears he is coaching against George Washington (Atlantic 10) and his team color is a red or burgundy.
