Just wanted to share my good news in case someone else is as fortunate. While browsing eBay last night, I noticed a note saying I could save 10% off certain items... ended up that I had a coupon for 10% off an item over $150 (good til the 18th). Thrilled at the news, but went to bed without buying anything... wake up this morning, I get an email that I can earn 10% in eBay bucks on any purchase over $50 (good thru the 18th)! So bam... practically 20% off a purchase over $150!!! Just got me a wax box I've been wanting for a while, from over $600 down to under $500 (when taking the eBay bucks into consideration).

That is a heck of a deal. Let me make a guess, you got a 1984 football box??? I have never received any of the Ebay Bucks promotional offers.

It was indeed, now I just hope Steve gives it his blessing and wraps it for me... so I didn't waste that 20% off!! Pretty sure I've bought unopened from that seller before with no issues... and 100% positive feedback is always a plus. I've been wanting a non X-out box for a while now, have a cello but was waiting for the right opportunity on the wax. It completes my 80-87 run of Topps FB as well.

No message about it, I went back and checked my email and I never received an email about it either. Once I got off the mobile site and looked at on a regular PC, there was a link that said "tell me how" next to the note about saving 10%... when I clicked the link a little popup appeared with a coupon code in it. Just copied it from there and applied it at checkout.

I just saw mine last night, pretty sure I didn't have it on Saturday... but mine ended tomorrow, so it didn't last long. Was thrilled to see the 10% eBay bucks this morning... and very glad they could be used on the same purchase!

Thanks Baz. Wish I had the 10% eBay Bucks too (I usually do get those promotions). I will see if there is anything that looks enticing at 10% off. Usually when eBay starts these deals they come up fairly frequently. I feel like there is a good chance we will be seeing triple or quadruple eBay bucks or 10% off deals during the holiday season as they look to goose sales for their quarterly reporting. That's at least my wishful thinking.
