1836 Classic Head $2.50, Block 8, NGC AU55
Straw gold and plenty of luster. Accurately graded and good eye appeal. Priced here at $1180.

1837 $2.5 Classic Head, NGC AU58
A stunning, semi-prooflike example. The color is a deep, orange-gold on both sides, with just a touch of circulation over the delicately mirrored fields. It is a true, technical AU58, but leaps and bounds over other AU58 examples in terms of eye appeal--regardless of service. The last coin to sell at auction was a PCGS AU58 in Heritage's April 2014 CSNS sale. That coin realized $3,055 with the juice. Take a look at that coin by click this link.. I guarantee that the coin offered here will cross at PCGS and I have a strong feeling that CAC would bless this specimen. Priced at $2,950.

1843 $2.5 Liberty, NGC AU58
I would have graded this one AU53, personally. It does have luster, but I would want to see more an an AU58 coin. Nonetheless, this example is priced to sell today. $950

1852-O Gold $1, NGC AU58
Good luster with overall pleasing eye appeal. Priced at $595 to sell quickly.

1853-O $1 Gold, PCGS MS62, CAC
Choice original surfaces and pleasing, satiny luster throughout. An excellent example for a type collection. This coin takes a big jump up to MS63. Take a look at the auction prices realized and other price guides. The lowest price you will find for this coin ANYWHERE! Buy it now at $1,150.
