Every single silver item this eBay seller sold today (11/14) is fake

Avoid!!!
Everything he is currently offering is fake.
Check out buy history too, from where he's buying. Not many negs left because buyers get refunded and eBay takes away the neg, if left, when a return is made.

Not as much as they miss Meg.
His lengthy list of terms of service are ridiculous and unenforceable . What is trustedblacklist.com anyway? It sounds scary
Too bad he doesn't ship to Canada. I haven't yet held one of those silver maple leaf fakes in my hands yet. I'd gladly fight with ebay/paypal to convince them that I need a refund and keep the fake product to turn over to the RCMP.

She was just getting in the way. Why feepay tells the Chinese what you are buying. It's so they can replicate those items. Coins, antiques, watches, electronics, collectibles, all as fake as my wife's orgasms.
<< <i>"We send [manufacturers] data about what people are looking for on eBay and they respond and turn it around incredibly quickly," president of eBay Marketplaces Devin Wenig told me. "We have a really big China export business to Europe and the United States. And they respond very, very quickly to consumer taste, whatever it might be. It's really remarkable to see how quickly the manufacturing base adapts to the demand signals they get." >>
feepay isn't interested in US manufacturers, and they ain't interested in what gets replicated.
Can we assume these are 1oz silver, just imitations?
Ebay offers to ship globally, right? If ebay receives this type of falsely marked bullion and re-ships it globally, then that is a federal misdemeanor.
In fact, the same law allows competitors to sue those that do this. Someone, everyone selling real bullion, could sue ebay for damages.
The same thing probably happens with coins, made to demand based on what is searched for. That's why we need to wade through so much fake junk to find what we really want.
Are there really people out there thinking their fake 10 oz. RCM gold bars are a store of value? Guess if I had a shop I would need a cash of play money,
for those who walked in with their replica bullion. Here you go sir, 1 dollar worth of Monopoly money, have a great day
I think that's understood by most, and sadly accepted by most as well.
But in this particular case with this seller, it is not the case. He (or she) is selling fakes as genuine pieces.
They are also "cancelling" the auction once it's done so it cannot be publicly viewed. When you click on "see original listing", you can't see it. They are using this angle to obstruct buyers from being able to make the claim that the items are fake, and the general public from seeing what was done.

Seller cannot cancel a completed auction without cancelling the sell. Once sold, seller has no control of the listing page as demonstrated with seller's sold items. Buyers are always able to view the item page of a purchase in their purchase history unless they are refunded.

Feed back is dropping 3 negs this month and its marked as private. Its a private listing too so it doesn't show even the anonymized bidders.
1 day listings for 5 fake silver eagles in the bullion>silver>other category is tough for ebay to catch.
I wonder if its a hijacked account ?
hmmm, I did. I can't get off the original ended auction page, can't see the detailed ended page of the auction.
I wonder if its a hijacked account ?
Not a chance. Look where he has been buying from with the account, now selling what he has bought from those "distributors".
I only wondered about the hijacked part because his feed back seemed to be okay up until recently. It's hard to get feedback rating over 1500 selling counterfeits. It seems like you would flame out pretty quick.

His 24 hr. listings tell me he knows.
BINGO!
<< <i>bronco...read the feedback and see how many say they returned what they purchased, still gave him a positive for accepting the return back. Buyers realized they received fake items, asked to return and he obliged...and gets a positive for it LOL

How are you able to read his feedback? When I look I can't see any of the comments I just see a banner that reads

He (she) is going down that road of a caught seller of fakes. Classic case.
