Has anyone opened the new Fritsch Catalogue #106?

I see they just released their latest catalogue, but unless I missed it, I don't see the usual "unopened" section. They typically have a page dedicated to unopened (mostly vending, but some cello, wax and rack) by sport from late 60's through around '86. All I see now is a page of a few unopened packs and racks. I feel like I'm going blind so it's very possible I just overlooked it...has anyone else seen the catalogue yet?

Haven't seen it yet, but maybe they just decided what's the difference since most times when you'd call or try to order they'd either raise price or tell you item was no longer available.

For Fritch's catalog on unopened, just search their eBay auctions (or @collect). As Tim mentioned, they really didn't sell unopened at their printed catalog prices anyway.

I had never looked through a Fritsch catalog until I saw his thread. Anyway I just called them to inquire about a couple of unopened boxes I saw. They had them both. One the price remained as listed, the other did go up but I actually feel it's still not a bad deal. I think I'm going to treat myself and grab both.

I've been able to pick up some great stuff from them in the past. Did you pick up 70's or early 80's boxes?…those were the ones I couldn't find in this catalogue…can you point me to them if so?
    thanks

  • They were actually hockey. Probably not what you were looking for right?

I'm more of a FB guy….thanks for the info. Sounds like you picked up some 76 and 77 boxes…nice. You might want to check out the Collect Auctions newest auction…preview went online today and bidding starts Monday - some awesome stuff there. Most of it comes from Fritsch.

I did indeed. Given recent hammer prices for these in the Collect auctions their prices are pretty reasonable. I asked them if they offered any type of discount since it's a pretty nice sized purchase and they said on this stuff...... ahhhhh no.

Holy cow! The Collect Auctions stuff is nice. Anyone want to group bid on the 1978 Topps FB Cello Case?
