PSA Pack Grading

Hi All,

Has anyone confirmed that PSA is now grading wax packs with loose gum? I suppose I could easily call, but through I'd throw it out here, since it's easier.

Thanks!

Thought it was only non-loose gum packs that PSA would grade??

They have apparently changed course again as I have a couple recently graded packs with loose gum. Not sure what the standard is at this point.

l have heard all packs are now sent to Chicago for grading - this guy is an expert in wax packs and does all the grading there and ships them back to PSA

Habs, they've done that since day 1 in '06. Steve doesn't grade them though, he just authenticates and they are assigned grades back in CA.

Yes, they came up with a new insert, but for some reason have yet to make an announcement. Probably clearing backed up orders before the onslaught. I sent in a 71 quantity pack order 2 weeks ago.

The packs being recently graded with loose gum don't appear any different from previous holders. At least yet.
