I'm surprised that nearly 40 years after the US Bicentennial the medals issued for that event have never really found a following. Like most medals issued after 1960 there just doesn't seem to be any collector interest in them.

Right now I'm in photographing & posting mode. I can't comment yet about the current interest. Soon *hopefully* I'll be researching the market and shopping the box around. I've already received potential buyer emails about some of the other pieces. And, I doubt my uncle was the only one who bought these. He was an extremely savvy collector. But ... like many of us ... he did have his weaknesses image

Any info you have about market interest please share! image
