Proof Roosevelt '50-'64 weights seem off...

PCGS says they will weigh proof Rooseys with the '50 (8) > '51 (6) > '52 (5) > 53 (4) where the weights are in ().
I guess this has been out on the news page for a while but I just started looking at it. I was messing around with my NGC Proof Roosey set over there and discovered (it is hard to discover things over there) they weigh the 1952 very, very strongly. This seemed a little off to me because the '53 seems, population wise, just as hard as the '52 with the '51 not far behind.
Proof Rooseys are not my main focus. I'd like to get some opinions on this from some of you. If there seems to be agreement I will send email to the PCGS gang.

If nobody comments today I will just send my opinion to BJ and Dave Hall. Has anybody looked at these weights?
