1975 Nolan Ryan - PSA 10 Candidate?

What do you think, does this have a chance at a PSA 10? The only flaw I can see is a few micro chips on the edges. With near perfect centering, is that enough to keep this from bumping?

John -- is there some mild staining on the reverse? (top right on the back scan-)

    That Ryan is absolutely gorgeous-
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

really good looking 9. don't think it's a 10 though, but don't let that take one bit away from the card....she's nice.

and lemme know if you ever wanna get rid of her.

Razor sharp card, John, but minor surface (PD) flaws keep it in a 9 holder, imo..

just picked her up tonight. will try to bump her to an 8.5..i think she's worthy! only pop 8, none higher and light years ahead of the 9 (oc?) that just sold @ $16900.

That is a nice Ryan, but it is in the new holder. Shouldn't it have received an 8.5 first time around?? But then a again it is subjective.

The 75 will stay a 9 because of the two print issues; one on left, one over his shoulder. They are very harsh on that. It's why so many Hendersons get shot down. Tiny PD. Even though the 10 definition technically allows for "a minor printing flaw that does not detract from eye appeal." Deciding what detracts from eye appeal is very subjective.

true, but may crack and resubmit. seems to work better than "reviews". wish I could crop and reposition/recentered the back though!

Thanks for your feedback everyone. I agree with your comments. To bump to a $30k card, it needs to be pretty much perfect.
