PayPal Seller Issue

So what to do about this. A week ago I paid for some auctions and PayPal paid 3 sellers twice. One emailed me about 15 mins after saying that he got two payments and had refunded the second payment. I emailed the other two. Heard back from the second about an hour later saying he would check and in 5 mins refunded the second payment. The third seller haven't heard squat from. What is best approach going forward. I have never had this issue.

    Contact Paypal by phone. They will immediately refund your second payment to the third seller.

    Just wondering how this is even possible for an ebay auction. Wouldn't paypal block the payment if one had already been sent?

    Not surprised, paypal is a dirty company.
