Another Paypal Question

Shipped out a card a few days ago. Got a message today saying that the tracking information shows that the address is undeliverable due to it being an incomplete address. This was confirmed when the buyer sent me a message saying that the he left out the part of the address when he signed up for Paypal. However, the address is a CONFIRMED address, so I didnt see an issue in sending it.

The question is, what happens now? I am assuming that the USPS will take their time, but will eventually return it to me from the return address. BUT, in the meantime, is this something he can file a claim on since he put the incorrect address and Paypal had it as a confirmed address?

Edited to add: This is a lower dollar card, although it is hard to find, it is usually about a $40-$50 card

Does the tracking info show the card to be at the correct post office for the buyer? If iy does, you might try calling the post office, give them the tracking number and see if they will let you give the correct address over the phone. I don't know if that will work but it's worth a try.

The tracking shows that it was out for delivery, but then (I am assuming) when it came back it was listed as "Undeliverable as addressed"
