Should there be any concern with this PSA holder?

There is a lot of frosting on this holder. I know there can be frosting without tampering.
What are the chances this frosting is due to tampering?

Does anyone believe the card does not look authentic? The colors seem to bright.

    P.S. OK to be concerned, but I would not consider that to be a lot of frosting. It would be along an entire side and be significantly more noticeable.

    There are 7 small spots on the edge of case that should be and are clear. If any of those were frosted you should be suspicious, especially if there was more than 1. That case looks fine to me.

    Is this referring to the round tabs on the edge? There are 14 of them.

    He is referring to the 7 clear, small rectangles in the outer edges of the slab.
