There may be a better one that I haven't thought of, but the Colts sure seem to have nailed it in 2012. That's when they picked up Luck, Hilton, Allen, and Fleener. I don't think Allen or Fleener will ever become a Gronk or Jimmy Graham, but both are solid and should be around for a long time.
I'm a big Nolan Ryan fan OK???!!!

Two HOF players.
Michael Brockers, DT (Rd. 1) - Starter
Janoris Jenkins, CB (Rd. 2) - Starter
Greg Robinson, OT - Starter
Alec Ogletree, LB (Rd. 1) - Starter
Stedman Bailey, WR (Rd. 3) - KR
Zac Stacy*, RB (Rd. 5) - Starter in 2013
Isaiah Pead, RB (Rd. 2) - Back-up
Rokevious Watkins, G (Rd. 5) - Gone
Now this traded didn't help the offense as much as the Colts, but to get 4 solid starters for 1 injury prone QB is the best draft. Rams still need a QB but RG3 wouldn't have helped them.
<< <i>The best offensive draft in 2012 wasn't the Colts, it was the Rams. They basically traded RG3 for the following:

That was a great trade for them, but I undoubtedly take the Colts draft over all those picks. Out of all mentioned I'd say it's hardest to top the Steelers 74 draft....and it kills me to admit that.
Marino, Mark Clayton and Anthony Carter. Probably should've kept Carter, he could've put up HOF numbers with Marino instead of the Tommy Kramer/Wade Wilson/Rich Gannon pu-pu platter in Minnesota. They also picked Reggie Roby who probably a top 10 punter all time.
