Waterloo, IA card show 11/16

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know of a card show in Waterloo, IA.

Show Date: Sunday, November 16th 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
Location: National Cattle Congress Pavilion, 275 Ansborough Avenue, Waterloo, IA
Tables: Approximately 40-45 dealer tables
Guests: Mike Torrez, former Yankee pitcher will be signing autographs at the show from, I believe, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

My dad and I will be set up at the show and will have a wide range of unopened, and graded and ungraded vintage stars. It'd be great to meet some fellow collectors from Iowa if you're able to make it.

Wow, can't say that I thought I would see a Waterloo card show advertised here! That's a bummer because I will be bowling in a tournament in Cedar Rapids at that time. Maybe I can catch the tail end of it. Thanks for the head up and hope it goes well for you.

I think there are a few guys that live in Iowa on the boards here. If you can make it to the show, it'd be great to meet you and talk to another collector!

Yeah, there are a few around here. Waterloo has been the closest city to me that has been referenced here. I'm up in the northeast corner. I will see what I can do to get there! Thanks for posting

I do remember a long time ago when I was a kid when he did a signing around here. The only shows in IA with an autograph guest is the annual waterloo show. They bring in a former New York Yankee, since it is sponsored by a Yankee Pinstripe Club. So, can't say I've seen Tippett sign in the area as of late.
