One month into a new ebay bucks quarter no offers yet?

It seems like through 2014 the double triple quadruple bucks offers were coming once a week. For all of October nothing what gives?

Declining metals prices plus a quad bucks offer would be a great combo at the moment nothing but crickets.

That bizarre offer a few weeks ago ,buy today and get a coupon for a free cheeseburger 2 weeks from today, doesn't count in my book

Remarkable that a business as large as Ebay can be run with such incompetence and volatility.


Reminds me of K-Mart in the 1980's-90's, then the luck ran out.

the bizarre offer may be the norm for a while as they obtain research results to compare to the old, better method. Any hope for return to the norm will most likely not materialize until the next bonus bucks cycle unless they see the err of their ways sooner.
