I need some help please. I purchased a mailing label directly off of eBay thru PayPal. It was for a medium flat rate box. It turns out I needed a large flat rate box. How do I cancel the transaction for the medium flat rate box? Thanks,

Click "My eBay".

Click "Selling".

On right-hand side, you'll see "shipping labels".

Find your label and click "Void".
