Detecting Trimmed cards?

I have some cards from 1969 topps baseball, that i suspect may be trimmed...but many look quite well-done if they are indeed trimmed. Does anyone know the range of dimensions that would be acceptable for that year? were they always within 1 mm or less? looking for some guidance. thanks, jim.

Usually you can tell a trimmed edge by running your finger over the edge, factory edges have a rough feel and trimmed edges have a glassy smooth feel.
