For November, because of money situation, I'd prefer the 25 minimum, not 50.

Found out one of the specials is 1956+ 50 card minimum for $5.50 a card. So .25 less than the current special. This is the cheapest I've seen in a while.

I am hoping for severely discounted or free Collectors Club Membership so I can submit again.

I am just a boy, who is dreaming, of course, but that initial buy in is always a mental road block for me in submitting!

It's unlikely. The process is a big production for them and it already takes 3 months to get your packs back.
