Day 52 and counting...

I turned in a 117 card order at the National for their special... that was on August 1.

My order was logged August 16.

And now, business day 52 and not done yet.

I don't know their business model, but it seems like someone would ask, at what point does it make sense to hire one or two more people? Even though they're not the only show in town, they know they actually are to the majority of their submitters. But still, why not provide a little better level of service. I have to believe that 30 business days would distinctly separate the "specials" from any other level of service they offer, and I'd think that would make a lot more submitters happy and encourage more orders. When I know I'm going to have to wait more than 3 months to get my cards back, I'll only submit once a year. From a business perspective, if many people did this, it could definitely hurt cash flow.
