You buy a raw set, and the set is in really nice shape, except for a half dozen or so commons, and it just so happens that you have those cards in great shape in your loose commons box? Not having to chase those cards down is always a relief!

Doesn't happen to me often but its definitely one of those not-so-happy one minute followed by immediate gratification the next.
