For a lot of us Jose Canseco is the symbol of late 1980's baseball card excess. The first real money I made at a show was selling his The Rookies card from a case I traded for from a dealer.
I have a PSA 10 Donruss Jose Canseco RC and I will never sell it.
The bullet bounced off his finger, over his house, and counts as a ground-rule double
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
<< <i>The story of Jose Canseco's left middle finger keeps getting stranger. Doctors were able to re-attach it, but said he would never regain full use of his hand.
Undetterred, Canseco carried on with his life, tweeting about comets and playing poker. But during a poker game on Thursday night, the finger fell off again, he says. >>

He says the reattached finger was "smelling bad."

Doesn't matter. Neither of them know how to spell Jose anyway.

No big deal. He won eight hands and only lost one finger. He came out way ahead.
