Question about keeping track of inventory

I was wondering if there is a product or site that you can use to keep track of the cards, boxes, sets, etc. that you have. Not necessarily for selling purposes, rather just personally keeping track of what you have. I could make a spreadsheet, but wondering if anyone uses a site or a product to keep track. I would like it to be all encompassing, such as graded cards, non-graded, unopened, sets, etc.

I use the psa site itself. you can enter non psa items as well. easily accessible and searchable. and full of options like purchase date, notes section and naturally you can add a scan of the card/bill of sale for insurance purposes.
  • I use Vcp and the psa site. I am working on this now. I am about 50percent down.

I have 6 Excel spreadsheets with sets detailed from 1900-present. It contains about 210,000 entries, of which I have a little over 100,000 in my collection.

As this project grew over time, I had a developer I know write a program that I use to help me manage the spreadsheets and update the collection.

Works very well for me helping me keep wantlists and tradelists in order.

Beckets website used to have a function for keeping track of a collection I thought. Haven't been on their site for a number of years so IDK if it still is there.
  • I also use vcp and the PSA website.
