Topps Baseball Card locker

I recently was going through some of my unopened packs and noticed on a rack pack it mentioned something about a baseball card locker that you could send in UPC's to get through the mail. Does anyone know anything about this or does anyone have one? I'd like to see what one looks like. Thanks!

I still have my 2 somewhere. One with my original cards, before I started sets.
