Question for set builders

What is the grade range your comfortable with your set's. I prefer a one grade differential say a PSA 6-7 a 7.5 or 5.5 in that set would drive me nuts. Who else out there is like this? Also are you comfortable with a mix of grading companies? I personally am not and probably have spent money I haven't needed to on crossing cards. Right now I am hunting a 53 topps high number to finish a PSA 6-7 set and would pass on any card not within that window. Does this make me nuts!!

    It really depends on the set I am working on what grades I am comfortable with having in my set. I have collected pre-war sets in the past where I tended to me more lenient on the grades that I collected as long as they had good eye appeal. I prefer to have all of my cards graded by the same company.
