1996 Topps finest Mickey Mantle Refractors?

Please help..

How do you know if a card from the 1996 Topps Finest Mickey Mantle Set is a refractor? My understanding is they didn't label these cards in 1996 like they did in 1997 and I can't seem to tell the difference.

Any info would be appreciated.

Topps refractors were (are?) coated/laminated with the same stuff that makes stop signs shine bright when hit by light at night.

For that reason the cards you have should exhibit a noticeable and high degree of shine in low light conditions.
