Yeah they've been around for a while. If my memory serves me correctly, they have an exclusive contract with ebay to warehouse and market all of ebay's historical sales data. They have a number of plans I think, and ebay seller like to use them to do market research and help optimize listings. I've never used em myself, beyond some of their free/trial tools many years ago.
I think they just started doing similar for Amazon sales data too this year.
. i did a free trial. if you want older auction archives (up to 1 year at the time i did my trial which was, um, idk, but it's been a while) and the amount of information, data, options etc is an analyst's wet dream.
although, i didn't continue with a paid plan as i really didn't see how it would help me directly with my items/sales (outside of my normal analysis) but there are tons of creative ideas that it could be used
for. if i just had money to burn i'd get a paid plan and use the holy crap out of it. but, i'm not sure i have the time to devote to more projects. .
