For anyone interested, the upcoming Stacks Bowers Baltimore sale will have
an assortment of coins from a customer of mine that have been off the
market for a decade or two, including spectacular collections of:
1. PCGS graded Arkansas Classic Commems mostly all in MS67 quality;
2. PCGS graded Boone Classic Commems in MS67 and MS68 quality (including
pop 1/0 and pop 2/0 coins);
3. A nice collection of US Error coins.
4. A great collection of finest known and high grade Three Cent Silvers in
both proof and Mint State.
Also, a few other highlights (from other customers and myself as well) are:
5. 1880 Shield Nickel (PCGS-MS66) (Pop 2/0)
6. An Unc. example of a 1920 Manila Mint Opening (Wilson Dollar) in Gold)
(mintage 4 or 5)
7. 1925 Norse-American Centennial Medal in Gold (Gem quality)
8. 1942-1 Mercury Dime in PCGS-MS66FB.
9. 1909-S VDB in PCGS-MS66+RD (check out the quality)
10. Finest known 1850-O & 1875 Mint State Seated Quarters (pop 1/0's)
11. Rarely seen 1972-P Ike Dollar Ty 2 in PCGS-MS66 CAC
12. 1971-P Ike Dollar in PCGS-MS66+ (pop 1/0)
13. 1822 Dime (PCGS-MS64)

Should mention this neat medal in the sale as well. The Thin is very tough with a mintage I believe of only around 6,000 coins. Lot 4442 in the SB auction coming up.
