Some new pickups - 1975 Aaron # 1 in PSA 8.5 and 9

Been wanting to get this card for a while and upgrade from my PSA 8, and found a nice PSA 8.5 a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I get it in here comes another one available in a 9 and another 8.5 - second 8.5 is as nice as the other two, and only reason it is not a 9 or higher is that centering is shaded to the right.

When I got it in an auction description said "perfect centering", and not sure if I should just keep it and call it a day or discuss with the seller. Don't want to go through the hassle, and if it was slightly better centering the card would be worth 4-10 times what it is today. Thanks for looking.

what is there to discuss with the seller?

you could see the centering before you bought it right?
I would resell it myself -
the seller didn't do anything wrong.

Did the seller send a card different from the one pictured? If not, there's nothing to discuss. Agree with Bob.

I agree with the two previous posts. If there was a clear picture of the card then it is on you. I usually don't read discriptions unless the picture is poor.

Regardless, you have 3 great cards. If you want to sell one of your 8.5s there will be a list of suitors.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.

Thanks for the input and replies. I agree there is an obligation from the buyer to check photos and details which I did - angle of photo made it difficult to see centering completely. Card is beautiful either way, and when I followed up with the seller he was polite and offered refund if I wanted it.

Only thing I disagreed with was his explanation concerning the listing. Said he used generic listings since he has a lot of them, but when you read the listing he was specific about every detail - corners, gloss, centering... specific to this card so it was not a general listing. Either way I will keep the 9 and an 8.5 and sell an 8.5 at some point - gotta grab some nice 56's! Thank you again for the feedback.
