Great coins, stock that one can browse and cherry pick, great big fluffy armchairs, coffee and bottle water would be a plus.

A large bin of modern, non-silver world coins and assorted pocket change worth <25 cents. To show people who bring in similar material, thinking it is worth $$$, where their coins will end up spending the rest of their lives.

Agree. Dealers buy many coins over the counter where they have no local customers. Having a web site and eBay enables them to move these coins---especially esoteric items.

A bunch of proof sets and bullion and coin supplies.
    Hopefully some good collector coins.

So true. Except it's a meatball sub, with lots of sauce dripping off of it.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

Items in showcases that are actually for sale or have prices or someone in the building that knows what they are or can actually do the deal.

A sign inside that reads '$5 Charge for Whining.' There is a Tucson B&M that features this.

Counterfeit coins (not for sale) for reference use. The same local shop has an '1804' dollar whose date was obviously tooled.

I was going to say "customers" but I must agree with Musky. Grumpy old guy, or just a nice old guy, really makes the scene.

I think grumpy if it's a semi-ghetto shopping mall or pawn shop. Nice guy if it's in suburbia.
