Unopened find/question

Came upon these from a guy I know. 99.9% sure they're legit. They still have the price tag on them from Medic Mart for .89. Picked up 1-'82 Topps baseball rack box, 5-'85 Topps baseball rack boxes and 1-'83 Topps baseball cello box(missing one pack). When I got home and took a closer look, one of the '82 racks has a slit in the top section from being creased for so many years. Thoughts on how Steve would handle wrapping/authenticating this '82 box with the one bad pack? Thanks in advance.

He may wrap it but with a notation to go along with one that indicates that the racks have price stickers on them.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
  • After further inspection the price tag says Medi Mart. The 85s came from a case and are clean as are the 83s
