Jeter card and auto question

I've never seen this card before. And when did he wear number 27? Someone is selling this on a facebook selling page in my area. Wanted to make sure the auto looks good before I give an offer. And of course the card, I've never seen it before

    The card is legit, 1995 Action Packed #1 Derek Jeter POY. I'll let others weigh in on the auto, but it was issued that way.

    From Beckett: Hobby foil packs were randomly seeded with autographed 24K Gold and Diamond version Franchise Gem cards of minor league Player of the Year Derek Jeter.

    If you have a pic of the back, I think this is the 1A variety and should be noted in the lower right-hand corner.

    Yes It has the 1A on the back and I did some research, one sold for $73 oct 8 and on sept 22 one sold for $84 on eBay, this guy wants $300, luckily I didn't jump on it. Thanks for helping me identify the card. Saved me some money
