Is this card and or case tampered with?

Hey guys,

After reading about the PSA 10 SP Jeter from Probstein, I decided to look more closely at my PSA graded cards. Here is my 1967 Seaver rookie in a PSA 5 holder. Does the card seemed trimmed to you? All other PSA 5s I've seen on Ebay have frayed corners. This card has sharp corners and seems to be smaller than normal,

Also, take a look at the case. Specifically top left by the word Stars on the front. Does it look like it may have been pried open there. Is that frosting or glue or just some damage to that area?

What do you guys think?

Chris

    +1
  • Owning a holder like that (scraped up) would bother me and I would certainly want to get it reordered which then I would think that unless I got the card at a great price, I would just pass due to reholdering/shipping fee's that PSA charges.

Looks fine to me, would be happy to have it in my collection just as it is.

Nobody is messing with PSA 5 '67 Seavers. In the words of Cris Carter, "Come on man!"
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."
