Question for PCGS or others who may know the answer.

I have a PCGS graded coin in a holder that has been obviously cleaned or damaged, the coin metal has been moved and can be seen quite easily through the holder on the obverse as a series of shinny hairline scratches in two places.

Do I resubmit as a reconsideration service or a regrade a regrade service?

Send it in as a guarantee resubmission if you believe it is overgraded or improperly graded and should be "genuine" due to cleaning or damage.

The fee is $25 but it is refunded if the coin downgrades or is body-bagged.
