Question about sautograph card submissions....

Quick question... I want to send into PSA a few autographed cards, are the newer Topps autos with the stickers allowed to be sent in via the monthly specials? It states no autographed cards but isn't that for the older non authenticated cards? Please let me know...

They need to change the way they word the submission rules. You can send in any pack pulled autograph that was released after 1996 (I think that's the year).
